Blue Lagoon Crocheted Shawl Pattern for Sale

Blue Lagoon Shawl is a triangular shawl that can be made with only one skein of sock yarn. If you have leftover coordinating color of that 1 skein of sock yarn, it’s even better!

This shawl is crocheted from the neck down, and can be adjusted very easily depending on the amount of yarn you have. As with all my other patterns, this pattern comes with row-by-row written direction in US crochet term and charts.

Technical Editor: Chaitanya Muralidhara

Suggested yarn and yardage needed:
For the blue shawl, I used Sundara Sock Yarn (Charcoal Over Blue Lagoon color) 1 skeins (100g, 370 yards).

When working on the prototype of Blue Lagoon, I felt that this project would look nice with contrasting color yarn as well. I am right! I love the look of this shawl and love wearing it.

FO: Blue Lagoon Crocheted Shawl

This project was started when I realized that all my crochet pattern need more at least 2 skeins of yarn. At first I am not sure whether I can make decent shawl size with only 1 skein as crochet consumes more yarn. My first attempt was not successful, I didn’t like the look of the shawl even after blocking. So I had to frog the whole thing. Luckily the second attempt worked like a charm.
